I ran the registry cleaner, and now, IE 11 and Chrome don't work anymore.

Unfortunately, that can happen sometimes when registry cleaners delete files they consider to be junk, but that are actually in use by other applications. The simplest solution for you would be to uninstall and reinstall the two browsers in question on your computer.
Alternatively, in case you've created a Windows backup, you can roll back to it by going to Control Panel->System and Security->Backup and Restore. Most registry cleaners offer to create restore points before modifying your registry entries exactly in case something like this happens.
the firmware you just used to upgrade the firmware was corrupted
the firmware or the version installed is bugged.
an application prevents you from using the Camera function normally
For the 1 and 2, you will have to either take the phone back to Support Service at Samsung or use Kies and re-flash the firmware on the phone (back up the data first!) and for the part 3, I recommend uninstalling other camera applications and leave only the default one. Secondly, go to Settings > Applications Manager > All tab > Camera. Tap on the app and then tap on Clear Cache, Clear Data, and Force Stop. Reboot the phone and try taking a picture with the camera while using its features.
I have Smart Advisor Care Center. When using the the Disc Fragmentation tool, it analyzes, but does not allow for defragmentation that it suggest I perform. Thoughts on how to fix this bug?

There is nowhere mentioned about this bug in the application. I have checked official website and any other websites that mentioned Advisor Care Center. However, if you can't use the built-in Defragmentation feature, then I recommend picking something else. For example, Defraggler does the same job and it's available for downloading and installation. I have used application on my computer as well and it works just fine.
Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
After that, try running AdwCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys or toolbars in your system.

Download it here: https://www.piriform.com/defraggler
Additionally, if you don't want to use Defraggler, then re-install Advisor Care Center and then launch it with Administrator access.
